Increase in CPU usage w/ latest 3.1.2 vs 3.0

      I've captured that running w/ the latest build with the same workload consume higher CPU usage comparing to 3.0 GA (both captured on the same AWS, windows 2012 machine)

      Version IO ops per sec CPU
      3.0 4100 50 %
      3.1.2-pre- 4000 or a lower ~70%

      see attached graph,

      I opened this subject as heads up (we didn't run this test for the last month +), we should verify the source of the problem and if it's related to latest WT drop
      I compared the build w/ the details below
