Missing language aliases for experimental RLP languages

      Two-letter aliases should be added for these RLP languages:

      1. Danish ('da')
      2. Norwegian ('nb')
      3. Romanian ('ro')
      4. Swedish ('sv')

      When the experimental RLP support is enabled, the current behavior is to use Snowball for two-letter aliases and RLP for full language names, which is inconsistent and confusing.
