When it is removed from a replica set mongod throws assertions.

I expect mongod to handle this more gracefully.

Please, find attached the assertion threw and printed in the log of the removed server in the attached file. The assertion is more or less threw in loop, I have only copied it once for sake of clarity.

The removed server was a secondary server in the replica set.
