• Figure out how to get a post commit hook into kernel that lints + jsfmt's
• Test formatting all the shell js and mangle until tests are passing
• Write docs on conventions/how to use tools
• Stop the world commit to add all formatted js + post commit hooks
• Once the shell js is doing this, start in on jstests
