      • ChunkType
      • CollectionType
      • DatabaseType
      • SettingsType
      • ShardType
      • TagsType
        Refactoring the mongos catalog types above were in the critical path of creating the catalog manager.

      And the rest don't:

      • ActionLogType
      • ChangeLogType
      • VersionType
      • LockpingsType
      • LocksType
      • MongosType
