There are several workloads which fail on a frequent basis in the concurrency (FSM) test suites for Replication and Sharded. These workloads will be blacklisted until until the following is met:

Cause of failure is determined
- Workload - Action: correct workload
- Server bug - Action: file ticket and reenable after fix
