Shard and mongos nodes should report their config server connection string in serverStatus

      Server status should contain a field sharding.configsvrConnectionString that indicates the connection string used by those nodes to connect to their config servers. If this string indicates a replica set, the seed list section should be based on the node's monitoring data, rather than the statically configured data from the configuration directives.
