mongorestore should skip hidden directories WAS: --db can't succeed if the directory contains usual "hidden" Linux directories with names starting with '.'

      For example, one can't restore a database if the source directory with backup data contains '.svn'
      (this use case is quite natural to appear during unit-tests)

      Last, but not least, database names can't start from dot, so this fix should come up logical enough.
