      Description

Opening a set of data-files created with encryption will result in an error being returned as follows:

      2015-08-20T13:52:37.481+1000 I STORAGE [initandlisten] exception in initAndListen: 28595 -31802: WT_ERROR: non-specific WiredTiger error, terminating

My feeling is that this should be a bit more verbose about what the issue was.
