The ShardingTestFixture class, which we are introducing to be able to instantiate mock sharding environment for unit-tests currently includes code, which is very specific and only used by the catalog manager tests, such as expectChangeLogInsert, expectUpdateCollection, onCommandForAddShard. These methods should be moved to CatalogManagerReplicaSetTestFixture.
