Investigate listDatabases option to return only dbnames and skip sizes

      Under storage engines such as wiredtiger, we store collections and indexes as individual files. When you have a small number of databases with a very large number of collections and indexes going through and gathering the sizes on all objects can be time consuming. Having an option to skip this part and list only the database names may be valuable to end users
