Add more basic tests for moveChunk

      • Cannot moveChunk on unsharded collections
      • Cannot moveChunk on unsharded collections (with no config.db entry)
      • Returns an error for inavlid namespace
      • Errors if to shard does not exists
      • Errors if chunk is already at shard
      • Errors if find is not a valid shard key
      • Errors if either bounds is not a valid shard key
      • Using find on collections with hash shard keys should not crash
      • moveChunk with find on compound shard key
