      In 3.0 and before, secondaries do not wait to journal before acknowledging writes to the primary. In 3.2.0, we should keep this behavior for the pv0 (3.0-compatible) replication protocol while investigating the latency and throughput regressions in SERVER-21581 and related tickets.
