Promote Amazon Linux build more frequently

      Amazon Linux builds are not being promoted to http://downloads.10gen.com/linux/mongodb-linux-x86_64-enterprise-rhel62-latest.tgz as frequently as necessary if we want drivers to test against the latest server builds at least every night.

      Please increase the build frequency to match that of RHEL 62, as it was before (I believe).
