Mongo Shell Crashes in Windows when closing the window with the [X]

      Run mongo.exe and connect to your server.
      do nothing or anything in the shell
      hit the close icon [X] or Right click the title bar and select Close.

      Crash - everytime with mongo.exe has stopped working.

      OS: Windows 10 Pro

      Noticed in 3.1.7 - maybe earlier but not 3.0.6 (OS here is Windows 2012)

      Mongo Shell crashes with a mongo.exe has stopped working when you close the window using the [X] mark (top right corner).
