It would be helpful for callers of NetworkInterface code to be able to see stats about the system, including but not limited to:

• number of current operations
• number of successfully completed operations
• number of timed out operations
• number of cancelled operations
• number of failed operations

There is also a diagnostic string method on the interface, which is not helpful for the NetworkInterfaceASIO implementation but should include these things.
