Run jstestfuzz on s390x builders and Enterprise RHEL 7.1 PPC64LE

      • Enterprise Ubuntu 16.04 s390x

      Original Description

      jstestfuzz does not run on ppc64 because evergreen.yml is hard coded to use x64 binaries which are the wrong architecture.
