ppc64le builds should detect target arch as ppc64le, not ppc64

      ppc64le = PPC64 Little Endian (i.e., POWER8 and above)
      ppc64 = PPC64 Big Endian

      To match the linux kernel and various linux distribution names, we should fix the detection logic.
