Test LDAP Authorization with external authorization mechanisms

      LDAP Authorization is intended to provide roles for authenticated users. However, users authenticated externally as well. Write a series of tests which verifies this behaviour works as expected. Authentication mechanisms to test includes GSSAPI, X509, and LDAP authentication.
