Hi,

We are running 2.6.4 repliaset in RHEL 6.0. We are getting the following error messages in logfile of primary node:

2016-03-01T23:02:51.926+0000 [initandlisten] pthread_create failed: errno:11 Resource temporarily unavailable
2016-03-01T23:02:51.926+0000 [initandlisten] can't create new thread, closing connection
2016-03-01T23:02:51.928+0000 [initandlisten] connection accepted from 127.0.0.8:27150 #39512021 (32556 connections now open)
2016-03-01T23:02:51.928+0000 [initandlisten] pthread_create failed: errno:11 Resource temporarily unavailable

Our OS system parameters seem to be ok.
Could you tell us how we should try to fix it?
