Remove support for text index version 1 indexes

      Text index version 1 indexes were available as a beta feature only in version 2.4, and have since been superseded by versions 2 and 3.

      The server should fail to start if a collection contains a text index with {textIndexVersion: 1}, and support for them should be removed from the server entirely.
