      Rename the following metics to match MongoDB 3.2+ conventions:

      1. serverStatus.metrics.operation.scanAndOrder: scanAndOrder => hasSortStage
      2. geonear.stats.nscanned: nscanned => keysExamined
      3. geonear.stats.objectsLoaded: objectsLoaded => docsExamined
