Opposite-corner results when doing query at upper-corner of bounds

      When doing a near or within query on the corner bounds of a region, points from the opposite (lower) corner are returned (seems to wrap the point completely?). Test case included reproduces the issue.

      Could cause some subtle issues since a very small change can effectively invert the query location.
