we have 2 shards>> each shard is having 3 servers and from each server we have taken the backup of the schema seperately using mongodump.

Like wise we have 6 servers and taken 6 dumps of schema dump seperately and copied it to the stand alone server where we want to restore.

While restoring the first dump schema restore got failed as below,

myanalayisTakeItems.TakeNode 48.4 GB/48.4 GB (100.0%)
2016-04-28T12:19:40.273-0400 Failed: myanalayisTakeItems.TakeNode
: error restoring from /backup/bkp/dump/myAnalyticsTakeItems/TakeNode.bson: reading bson input: unexpected EOF

Experts please help me on this.

Note : When we have tested a test case with small schema of 450 MB restoration it worked well and we can see all the collections without any error ,Alos couning the collections as well.
