MiniWebServer should use AbstractMessagingPort instead of Sock

      As part of the move to ASIO Everywhere, we are removing the dependencies on the old networking primitives. Hosting the web server on the AbstractMessagingPort (which is just an interface) allows us to swap out the implementation for an ASIO backed version.
