LIBS=dl needed when compiling with --sanitize=address on gcc5.3

      I know we only officially support ASAN on clang, but with LIBS=dl it seems to work on gcc5.3. Since that is our officially recommended toolchain for people on platforms without a new-enough compiler, I think we should make it work out of the box if possible.
