cleanup_orphaned_basic.js should wait for delete before running cleanupOrphaned command

      The cleanup_orphaned_basic.js test should pass the _waitForDelete flag to move chunk before running cleanupOrphaned command, since it may conflict with the cleanup from the previous move.
