JS replset dbhash hook fails when checking nindexes with a collection containing a background index

      The JS replset dbhash hook (SERVER-24790) can fail when testing collection stats (collStats) for nindexes if a background index hasn't finished propagating to a secondary. Note that this detail for an index to be background is only available for wiredTiger (indexDetails).
