Temporarily reset default initial sync to use old initial sync

      While we debug the data replicator initial sync code we will temporarily reset the default to use the old code and then reset it after the known bugs are addressed. This will set use3dot2InitialSync to true and initialSyncOplogBuffer to "inMemoryBlockingQueue".
