It would be useful to have a basic resource threshold monitor task running, that outputs an error if a threshold is exceeded.

Resource thresholds should include:

# of mongod processes vs. total RAM
# Disk usage exceeding 80%
# of open sockets
Excessive thread usage for 1 process
