sh.getShouldAutoSplit should ignore missing 'autosplit' document

      The sh.getShouldAutoSplit method unnecessarily prints a warning message if the 'autosplit' configuration document is missing. We should just make it use the same logic that the sharding code in the server would use and default to true.
