With SERVER-25526 complete, all of the views authorization tests for the create and collMod commands in jstests/auth/views_authz.js have also been added to the auth commands lib for additional coverage. The same should also be done for the getMore and killCursors commands.

Per a conversation with andreas.nilsson, we should also err on the side of duplicate testing and keep jstests/auth/views_authz.js around for the 3.4 dev cycle to ensure that no coverage is lost.
