404 error downloading stable repo from repo.mongodb.org

      The yum `stable` directory/link seems to be missing. The previously used stable repository now returns a 404.

      The URL for the EL7 repository that used to work was https://repo.mongodb.org/yum/redhat/7/mongodb-org/stable/x86_64/RPMS/
