db.$cmd.sys.inprog.find( { '$all' : 1 } ) does not work with read only user

      I have some monitoring scripts to find any long queries and just realized that they had stopped working. I was able to validate that when I log in as a readonly user this returns nothing but when i login as a rw user it returns all the data.
