Report # of collections and views in mongoS aggregated dbstats

      dbstats when run against mongoS will omit aggregated "collections" & "views" stats. These should be added.

      Suggest adding an additional flag "isPrimaryShard" to mongoD stats. mongoS could then limit the # reported to only include primary shard count, avoiding double counting or inclusion of collections/views created directly on the non-primary shard.
