If I download the zip file for MongoDB 3.4-rc0 from http://downloads.mongodb.com/win32/mongodb-win32-x86_64-enterprise-windows-64-3.4.0-rc0.zip, it fails to start due to a missing Visual C++ runtime library. I attempted to download and install the redistributable from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145. It goes most of the way through the setup process and then fails with an unexpected error and the log output that I've attached to this ticket. If I then attempt to start MongoDB again, it complains that it can't find api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll. I'm running on a VM with Windows Server 2012 R2.
