Remove jstests/sharding/explain_cmd_invalid_namespace.js from buildscripts/resmokeconfig/suites/sharding_last_stable_mongos_and_mixed_shards.yml. It causes the test suite to fail as error reporting for invalid namespaces is changed in 3.4 mongos.
