These lines should reference the v3.2 branch. I believe this is causing 3.2 nightlies to overwrite master nightlies. I verified many nightlies and they all were the correct versions. I think master pushes frequently enough that nightlies are usually right and this problem is only rarely visible.

I verified that 3.0 doesn't have the same issue.
