Replace hardcoded bucket prefix names in evergreen.yml with project name expansions

      As part of SERVER-27066, we updated many "mongodb-mongo-master" s3 bucket names to be "mongodb-mongo-v3.4". That's also the name of the evergreen project so we can just use the ${project} expansion documented in the wiki. It will make branching changes smaller and simpler, and potentially a noop for evergreen.yml in the future.
