Log number of tests run before resetting it to 0 in BackgroundInitialSync hook

      After 'n' tests have been run, the hook resets the number of tests run to 0, prints out a log saying how many have been run, and then waits for the initial sync node to go into SECONDARY state. Since we reset the number of tests before logging, the log message always says 0.
