mongod.service fails to start after reboot due to missing /var/run/mongodb folder

      1. Install MongoDB Enterprise via RPM in RHEL 7
      2. Enable service: sudo systemctl enable mongod.service
      3. Start service: sudo systemctl start mongod.service
      4. Verify serivce start: sudo systemctl status mongod.service
      5. Reboot the node
      6. Verify service is started (ps, systemctl, etc)
