Unblacklist views.js test from sharding_last_stable_mongos_with_mixed_shards when featureCompatibilityVersion is > 3.2

      As a part of SERVER-26765, we're moving jstests/views/views-sharding.js to jstests/sharding/views.js. However, this test expects to be able to create a view, which will fail if the featureCompatibilityVersion is 3.2. For now, this test will be blacklisted in sharding_last_stable_mongos_with_mixed_shards.

      When sharding_last_stable_mongos_with_mixed_shards bumps its featureCompatibilityVersion to least 3.4, we can unblacklist any views tests.
