[trivial] Enable noPassthrough/index_version_v2.js test for MongoRocks

      As of https://github.com/mongodb-partners/mongo-rocks/commit/f91a30400f6668a8e5613f685de309e191a2315a, MongoRocks can now build an v1 index when asked. This causes noPassthrough/index_version_v2.js to fail. The fix is to add "rocksdb" to the list here: https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/r3.5.0/jstests/noPassthrough/index_version_v2.js#L13
