Allow $text query in $or statement without requiring all clauses to be indexed

      This is a huge burden for me. I need to run a search with a $text match or a regex match. The regex isn't indexed, so maintainability on this causes huge headaches. This arbitrary limitation seems completely pointless. Please remove this restriction.
