As we've moved to use per-module yaml configuration files in the Distributed Systems Infrastructure repository, the yaml files for each module were saved under different directories in the repo. Partly due to legacy reasons, to be compatible with the reality of the time they were introduced, and partly due to just lack of planning.

This change consolidates all yaml files under configurations/module_name/. This is the mongo repo side of the change.
