It would be helpful to include additional validation during the roll forward process to verify certain assumptions that were made while creating the fixup info. An example would be validating collectionsToDrop entries that were added because we could not obtain the metadata for collectionsToResyncMetadata. There should be a dropCollection operation in the sync source's oplog from ts_common to X2.
