To reproduce, download the RHEL 6 tarball for MongoDB Community 3.0.14 and untar it on a RHEL 6 or CentOS 6 host. Now run the various commands with the --version option.

Observe that mongod, mongos, and mongo are at version 3.0.14, but all the other tools such as mongodump, mongorestore, mongoexport, mongoimport, etc. show version 3.0.13.
