rollback_after_sync_source_selection.js should wait for rollback to complete before stopping replica set

      node 2 logs the message "Upstream node rolled back after verifying that it had our MinValid point." before starting a rollback. The test should allow the rollback to complete and the node to transition back to SECONDARY before stopping the replica set.
