The value of this flag must be persisted in the storage.bson file. This dictates that any mongod starting on an existing set of data must adhere to the previous setting for this flag. E.g: Starting mongod on a dataset without --groupCollections will error if --groupCollections is passed in and vice versa. This flag should error if a storage engine other than wiredTiger is chosen.
