With the recent improvements to the hang_analyzer.py, it is necessary to run with the minimum GDB version of 7.12, otherwise we may not get some GDB extension output like mongodb-show-locks and mongodb-waitsfor-graph. Add a similar check to what is done for the LLDB debugger.
